I’ve been doing a lot of yoga recently, both at home and at the gym. I don’t think there’s much difference at all in just doing this at home in front of the TV, other than you might get the odd pointer in a class from the instructor.
Anyway, this is a particularly good one for running because it’s all standing poses working and stretching the legs out. It’s only 20 minutes and it can be done at home with no equipment; just take your socks off any away you go.
