- Looking after teeth could help athletes according to this article on the BBC. Then again, so could any illness / pain so perhaps don’t ask your dentist about improving your 5k time.
- Doing regular cardio in your 20’s may help your brain 20 years later. This study suggests that cognitive abilities can be linked to treadmill performance.
- Sheffield half marathon cancelled, but goes ahead anyway…kind of. I wish I’d done this race – dodging the police sounds great fun.
